Hey, I'm Kamal. I'm a designer, product manager, digital transformation enthusiast, and DJ. I'm currently working on a stealth project that blends financial systems with AI to unlock new insights and capabilities.

Previously, I was Head of Digital Transformation and IT Strategy at BAR, a mining contractor leveraging AI and cutting-edge tech to boost safety and production. Before that, I spent five years in banking: leading digital product and UX at BRI and later driving digital strategy as Division Head of Digital Banking Business at BJB Syariah.

Before diving into finance, I shaped property technology at 99 Group, designing for end-users, agents, and developers across different markets. Fun fact: I was the first product designer at 99 Group Indonesia, where I honed my craft from the ground up.
